| Discipleship “And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18 ( NIV ) We are called to mature in our Christian faith so that we can be transformed into Christ’s likeness. Study of God’s word and prayer are two critical ways to achieve this growth. We offer many opportunities to learn and grow together. Opportunities for discipleship with the Ladies at First include: In-Depth Bible Studies -- Cathy Tugmon and Ana Carla Simoes will be leading a Bible study on Wednesday nights beginning August 20, 2008 at 6:00 pm, in the Adult Building., Room 202. The first 6-week study is Called and Accountable by Henry and Norman Blackaby; this study will be followed by Heaven, by Randy Alcorn, another 6-week study.
